The XVArena is a newly established indoor soccer facility located in the Ballybane Industrial Estate of Galway City, Ireland. The XVArena opened it's doors to weekly football sessions in Septemebr 2024, the arena offers state-of-the-art amenities designed to promote soccer among local players of all ages.
The facility, co-owned by Xavi Vázquez, Conor O'Keeffe, and Francis Kelly, features a UEFA-standard 5-a-side astro pitch tailored for children aged 4 to 14, along with a comfortable viewing area for parents.
Beyond regular training camps and individual coaching sessions, XVArena is also available for hosting corporate team building sessions, birthday parties and private events, aiming to serve as a central hub for both recreational players, aspiring professionals and full time pros in Galway's vibrant soccer community.
During the season, club football is all about the team. Club training sessions focus on tactics, match preparation, and getting results each weekend. While that's an essential part of the game, it often leaves limited time for players to work on their individual development.
