We're delighted to announce that XVAcademy Football Academy will be bringing our popular afterschool football programme to Brackloon NS for the 2026/2027 school year.
To give children and parents an opportunity to experience the programme, we are holding FREE TRIAL SESSIONS on Monday 5th October.

Junior & Senior Infants
🕑 2:00pm – 3:00pm
1st - 6th Class
🕒 3:00pm - 4:00pm
The trial session is completely FREE and is open to all pupils, regardless of their football experience or ability.
⚽ FUN, ACTIVE & PROFESSIONAL COACHING
Our afterschool football sessions are designed to be fun, active and inclusive, giving children the opportunity to develop their football skills while building confidence, coordination and teamwork.
Sessions are delivered by our experienced coaching team at XVAcademy Football Academy, with activities adapted to suit each age group.
Whether your child is playing football for the first time or already loves the game, everyone is welcome.

All sessions take place in our fantastic XVArena unless otherwise stated.
Some sessions take place at NFP (Drom) Park, Drum East, Tonabrocky, Co. Galway.
Weekly Sessions
We host weekly small-group training sessions at The XVArena (Ballybane), and NFP Park (Salthill Devon FC), perfect for players who want to develop with the guidance of our experienced coaches.
Goalkeeper Sessions
We host weekly small-group goalkeeper training sessions at The XVArena, giving young goalkeepers the practice and guidance they need with specific drills and activities.
XV Mini Ballers
Our XV Mini Ballers is a fantastic introduction to football for 3yr olds to 6yr olds. Sessions focus on building confidence and skill-level in a fun, positive environment.
Girls Only Sessions
We run Girls Only weekly sessions every Tuesday evening at The XVArena. These sessions are perfect for young girls who want to learn and develop their skills in a supportive environment with our UEFA-licensed coaches.
XVA Birthdays
We host XVAcademy birthdays at The XVArena and around the county. Catering for groups from 8 players up to 36 players.
Position-Specific Sessions
We host position-specific sessions for Goalkeepers, Attackers, and Defenders each week. Ideal for giving players tailored advice and practice.
